It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job

Very friendly interviewer, very quick with setting up interview and receiving an offer letter, questions were easy. There are some written questions you have to answer in the initial application process that can take a while to fill out, but the virtual interview is way easier than the written application process.

I was asked what I would write in my note to the client when sending out a Fix in the occasion that the client had asked for something specific and you were not able to find the item they requested.
