I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (Lithia Springs, Douglas, GA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very simple. Applied for position online. Two weeks later received email for interview including a schedule to choose day/time. After selecting date, received an email minutes later about company and how to prep/expect at interview.
Attendance is extremely important, are you able to be here on time for your scheduled shift every day? Then some discussion that sickness and things happen, which is when to use accrued PTO.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stitch Fix (South San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was first signed in and waited for my interviewer. We went into a small room, he was the Supply/Facility Supervisor, while he was asking me questions, he would be typing my answers into the laptop in front of him.
I had question about a Warehouse Supervisor position which was posted three days after I applied for the Associate one, he say I had to reapply for that online again but all the while was mentioning how much management experience I had on my resume. I would think if a company can match talent to a position would do so. Anyhow, interview took about 20 minutes and then I was told to wait in another area for a second interview. This time with one of the Warehouse Manager, she asked some of the same questions, I also asked her about the other position, she says one of the associate also started first then applied for the Warehouse Supervisor and was promoted three weeks later. I can understand the employee's choice of starting first then applying but I was there for the interview and asking about the warehouse Supervisor position, she was also mentioning how much management background I had.
at the end of the interview I was told about the rate and will know their answer within 48 hrs
