Interview
As my story starts I was offered to come in and interview with Stich Fix almost immediately after applying to them on Indeed. At first I was very excited and eager to come in. A day before my interview I was contacted by Stich Fix that the interview process would only take an hour. Long behold there were only two people interviewing and 20 candidates. We were roped off by the actual employees who happened to be on their break at the time and to be honest felt kind of humiliating. Anyways, I was on time for my interview but one of the last to be called. I could tell the interviewer was tired since I was the last one called. The questions felt rushed and just like that I was out the door with barely a thank you followed by a yawn. Two days later I received a rejection letter. I guess warehouse management experience and a college degree isn’t good enough for Stich Fix.
