apply online then work on project and come in to interview and explain project. The project was generic and based on a mock client and what you might send her based on her style profile. You can find lots of examples online and just make sure your note has a positive tone and explains why you chose the items you chose for her.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
