Applied through LinkedIn, was contacted via email by Director of Production 5 days later for phone interview via email to pick time slots. Two days later we talked and it was a good conversation asking me about my background and describing the position. Twelve days later I received an email from a Merchandising Recruiter requesting video interviews with 4 people. We set that up for 3 days later. There were some serious technical issues on their end which delayed us 30 minutes and some last minute switches were everyone felt very rushed. About a week later I received an email inviting me to on person interviews, that was set up for 2 weeks out. The week before I was told a key member would be out and wanted to video chat 2 days before coming out. A week before coming I was given email instructions for 2 projects - 1 clearly defined with almost too much information regarding a grading project, 1 was a little unclear/working was very vague with customer feedback data. Onsite interview was presenting the 1st project to a different audience than who gave the project, presenting the 2nd project to the person that gave that project, a fitting and a happy hour. Overall it felt rushed as if everyone needed to get moving to another place. So many people interviewed me in 30 minute intervals asking the exact same question of me walking them through my background; would have been more efficient if they combined people into an interview but everyone met with me separately, I've never seen that before. The workspace is very open and modern, looks like a very distracting work environment.
