Interview
The interview was fairly similar to any other entry level interview. They did take nearly two weeks to get back to me then instructed me to attend a hiring event they held where you would have two separate interviews conducted by two different managers. Then you would wait another week or so for an email as they don't have a phone number to reach they prefer to do everything via email.

Question 1
They asked basic questions, why are you interested in working for us, what do you know about the company or CEO, where do you see yourself in five years, what is your previous work history, etc. They also wanted to know how you would handle certain circumstances concerning other employees and the like. Both interview conductors asked pretty much the same questions just in different orders. They both wanted to know why you would make a good fit for the company as well as how far you were looking to go within the company.
The interview was in a small room only one interviewer . The session lasted maybe twenty minutes long quick and easy . Question were simple and quite interesting. They do micro manage

Interview
My interviewer was incredibly friendly, welcoming and concise, He made it feel like we were just having a very laid back conversation. They seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and were more than happy to answer any questions that I had. Overall a very positive experience.
