Fairly straightforward - just hirevue and then a superday with easy technicals - walk me through $10 of depreciation, tell me about a DCF, etc. Behaviorals are also pretty straightfoward- why do you want to work in banking, tell me about yourself.

hireview in december, superday invite 2ish weeks after. superday is 7 interviews, fairly easy, one technical, also fairly easy, lots of situational and why ib. nice people tbf. got offer fairly quickly in the process.
I had a first round hirevue interview (mix of behavior, technical, and brain teaser questions) and super day. The super day was 3 rounds (2 normal, 1 technical) I went through diversity program so accelerated process. Prepare a good Why Stifel and Why IBD?
