Interview
1 hour Zoom Call. First 30 min with Associate and second 30min with Director. First 30min were basically just valuation topics and the second 30min more focused on M&A process and behaviorals.

How do you ACUTALLY forecast each line item in an DCF. Not just assuming x% growth.
The interview was very conversational. The interviewer was kind and helped me feel less nervous. Just did basic research before the call and learned about the role so I was prepared.

Why stifel?
Tell me about a time you worked in a group
Very easy; no technical questions in first interview. The interviewer was very kind. Went to the Public Finance Bridge Program after and received an internship offer the next week. The second interview (bridge program) had us learn about Stifel on the first day while we completed a case study on the second day with the help of a banker.
