Two 1:1 zoom meetings. Easy technicals, Valuation methods, EV/Equity Bride, Distressed M&A specific questions. First call was with an analyst second with a senior. Other questions were personal fit. Why IB, Why Stifel, Why Distressed M&A.

How do you arrive at the Equity Value from the EV?
The interview process seemed to go well and was positively received by the team. However, I did not hear back after the final round and, unfortunately, was not provided with any follow-up communication or feedback regarding the final decision or next steps.
