Interview
The process was pretty straight forward, I had to apply online and in person, both. Once selected I got called for an interview, based on my answers and skill set, I was assigned a position.
There is no interview. You can apply for the position, but whether you can get the job depends on the dean decision. After hiring, you will take a training program, which is usually helpful to shape the teaching style. You performance will be graded by the students, which can also determine whether you can keep the position or not.
