Interview
There were two interviews. The first was an in-store interview with a manager (could be the current store manager, a guest store manager, or assistant manager). I interviewed with the assistant manager. The second interview was on the phone with the regional manager, if they are traveling it could be in person.
It was very easy, smooth, and calm. Be on time!! Management is very nice and friendly. Also everyone is easy to approach. Love the brand and furthered my positive outlook I already had on the company.

Interview
You meet with the store management and have a traditional interview. They ask you questions to see if you have integrity and also to inquire about any work experience you may already have within retail.
