I was introduced to the process through a recruiter. The firm's office environment is very relaxed - employees don't have assigned workspaces, but rather float throughout the floor. Everyone is dressed very casual, and most seemed very approachable. The firm elected to move forward with a candidate from an internal referral, so I only did a phone interview and three interviews on-site in one day.
