Sterling Brands interview questions

I interviewed with Sterling about 2 years ago now, the first interview went really well and I was fairly confident I would get an offer based on it, I even declined another job offer at the time based on email exchange. I was then asked to come in one more time to meet someone else and after that second interview received a follow up that they weren't ready to make a decision. ouch!
