Interview
After applying online I was contacted about a month later (I was thinking they weren't interested) about an interview. When I returned the call I spoke with a person who did a "prescreening" interview to determine whether or not to schedule the major interview. After verifying my qualifications, asking why I wanted to leave my previous job and asking what I thought I would like at Steritech, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the district manager in a couple days. I was instructed to complete a personality profile prior to the interview. The face-to-face interview lasted about 1.5 hr. The DM explained a lot of the details about the job, the progression, and benefits. I asked any questions I had about these things. I was asked why I didn't want to continue at my current job. We reviewed the results of my personality profiler-which I don't agree with, BTW. Then I had to complete several mini timed SAT-type tests. (math, vocab, word problems, etc.) After I completed these, we wrapped up the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Steritech (Taunton, MA) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online, a couple week later received an email. Had a phone interview with HR, a phone interview with DS, and than an interview with the DM and DS.
I waited for a response with back and forth communication, and got an offer with a different employer before their response.

Interview
Received email to set up an 30 min phone interview, then a face to face interview with a wonderlic test at the end. A follow up email after the face to face. The overall process took about 2 and a half months.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Steritech in Sept 2014
Interview
Somewhat in detail phone interview asking about previous employment experience. The recruiter wanted background information on abilities and strengths, as well as what I thought my opportunities were. The interviewer had emailed me with a set time, then called 90 minutes late. She apologized but 90 minutes late for an scheduled interview is excessive.
