Stericycle Customer Support/Calling interview questions

The interviewer was very kind, she started off the interview explaining the company and position to make sure i knew what the job entailed before moving forward. She then went on to how the trained would work and the hours avaliable for hire. After talking for about 10 min, i got a tour of the facility. Overall everything was very professional but they made me feel "at home".
