First interviewed with two VPs. It was the most enjoyable interview I've ever had. They were keenly interested in getting to know me and in having me get to know them and the company. They were really interested in getting a feel for how well our chemistry aligned. Very refreshing approach as compared to the typical interview where they ask scripted behavioral questions. I then met with a regional manager and the management teams at two sites. Again, it was more about getting to know each other and if we both thought it would be a good fit. They asked me to create a PowerPoint with the continuous improvement opportunities that I observed. The final "interview" was with another CI manager from a different region. It was more of a conversation where he offered some insight into what's been working well for him. I added a couple of books to my reading list as a result.
