Called and emailed back and forth with another manager to get an interview date and time - maybe 2 days in total? Interviewed with President in the early morning. Was asked much more about my personality and work ethic than my experience. It's more important to be a flexible, fun, and helpful person than to have 20 years experience. Offered the position as interview concluded.
