Stelligent interview questions

The interview process at the time consisted of three stages: a phone screen, a coding interview, and a final interview where they have you present an AWS project. I got to the final stage, but before my interview I was told that even if I passed the interview, an offer wouldn't be extended because their "hiring quota" had been met. So the process ended up being a huge waste of time.

The interview was a process of an HR interview, followed by 2 technical phone calls, next there was a technical project to show development skill and then a post project interview to discuss what you had built.
