      I interviewed at Stelco (Canada)

      Interview

First, I had a phone call with HR, which served as an initial screening. It was a casual and straightforward conversation where they asked basic behavioral and situational questions to better understand my experience and fit for the role. After the phone call, I was invited to a Zoom interview with both the HR representative and the hiring manager. This interview was also quite smooth — they mainly asked behavioral and situational questions, focusing on how I handle certain work scenarios, problem-solving, and teamwork. Overall, the process felt relaxed and easy to navigate.
