Steer Financial Modelling Graduate interview questions

I went through 3 stages 1. An excel 'pre-test' (untimed) 2. Excel test (timed) 1hr 20mins 3. Interview I was provoked to write this review because they actually invited me to the interview stage, but failed to schedule an interview and then sent me a rejection email. I found this terribly unprofessional, which reflected how they conducted the interviews for this role. Huge red flag from my perspective- very disorganised.
