Interview
During my interview process, I experienced two rounds of behavioral interviews. The first interview was an initial screening round, where I met with an HR representative. We discussed my resume, career aspirations, and motivations for applying to the company. The interviewer asked general questions to gauge my fit within the company culture and my ability to adapt to their work environment. Questions like "Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a significant challenge" or "Describe a situation where you had to work with a difficult team member" were prominent. This round was primarily conversational, aimed at understanding my background and personality.
