As a 6 year employee, you have the opportunity to interview for a senior sales position which includes additional salary and higher bonus opportunities. I met with the leadership team for my department and answered questions about my work experience and my aspirations for the future.

To get hired for SteelMaster Buildings you must have had some sort of sales background. When applying, you must be able to sell yourself to the upper management to even be considered. If you can do that well you will get a chance to show what you are made of.
