However, after completing two interviews, I never received any follow-up or feedback. Ghosting candidates after multiple interviews is highly unprofessional. Providing a proper rejection, even if brief, would have been a more respectful and professional approach. It reflects poorly on the company’s regard for candidates' time and effort.
