Interview was scheduled quickly as the hiring process was excellerated due to the need of hiring 23 managers. The interview questions were direct, not too difficult and the interview panel was nice which helped in me not being nervous when answering the questions.

Interview
Must have education required for position. Applications are given points for how closely applicant matches job profile. Interviews are different in each department/agency. Human Services uses behavior based interviews. Must be very detailed about a situation and must tell a story. Set up the plot, what action did you take, what were the results (good or bad). Even better, add what did you learn from the situation.
