Professional. I was interviewed by two employees - the supervisor and senior staff. I was asked to describe my duties and computer experience along with any training. I was tested on computer components of a desktop computer. I had a written test explaining in detail computer operations, processes and procedures. The written test was timed and I had difficulty finishing the test within the time limit. I also had to explain in detail how I would backup a hard drive.
