The process was standard, interviewer was nice and clear with the expectations. There was obvious criteria they were looking for and that was of a very corporate style office environment with little wiggle room for creativity.

The 3-step interview process was handled virtually via Teams. The initial interview was over the phone, with the Director of HR, Then the second interview was done through teams with the Senior HR consultant, and the final interview was with the CEO.
