When I showed up to the interview they were unprepared and had to scramble for someone to conduct it. I ended up interviewing with my current boss and although I have become used to his very present Chinese accent over time, during the interview I had NO clue what he was saying. He spoke very fast and it was hard to keep asking, "what did you say," throughout the interview, while trying to give a good first impression.
