Interview
The recruitment process lasted for about a month and a half. First was a call from India, pretty basic questions, Introduce yourself, she asked me one or two technical questions and that was it. The second interview was in Krakow, face to face interview with a group of three ladies. Very nice and polite. I remember I was a bit nervous and they cracked some jokes and offered me a cup of water. That helped ease the anxiety. The whole interview was almost technical, they asked me just one behavioral question.

What is a bond, NAV, derivatives, Equity, SWAPS, Options, Forwards, 2008 Financial crisis, What I knew about State street, Why State street? You got to do some background research as well.

Very unprofessional interview process. They called at 5 p.m. from the office in India. It was hard to understand the person who was in charge of recruiting. There was a lot of noise in the background. They asked about my previous experience and then proceed to ask questions about finance.

Interview
The atmosphere was comfortable with 2 managers. The interview was positive, and it took 1 hour. 2 rounds with HR and manager. After that, get the contract. I dont know what I should say more.
Behavioral was about myself and then technicals about certain coding structures and how to handle situations. It was a good experience with very helpful people and hope to work there one day.
