3 Interviews with team managers and a department manager. All interviews were conducted on a 1 to 1 basis. I obtained the job description from a recruiter. The interviews were based on my experience, knowledge of the funds industry and investment operations, my CV and State Street.

Interview
The first round was a telephonic interview. I could not clear this round. The interview lasted for about 30 to 45 minutes. Prepare questions related to the profile you are interviewing for.

Which started with the basic questions like, Tell me about yourself, walk me through your CV and then the interviewer asked me questions related to Finance, like what is Mutual Funds, types of Assets, etc

Interview
I did two interviews for the position, but did not get the job. Nice people, interview was straight forward, nothing to hard mostly just questions about my personality and future goals. Basically they want to see if you fit in company.
I don't know exactly what they are looking for since I didn't get a call, so I must be missing something.
