I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Washington, MO) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was quite simple. You receive a link to the interview, and some very basic instructions for the video interview process. Then, you get a test question to practice on. From there, you have 3-5 interview questions, and you even have the opportunity to stop and watch and/or stop and re-record your answer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Discuss a time that you had to deal with a very difficult customer/client.
Great experience multiple interviews positive people, first was online assessment then virtual interview then another on phone interview then offer . Overall experience was good and basic questions about yourself in star format is key
I applied to the role and they sent me an assessment test via email. It thought it was a basic screening. The assessment included: typing test, data entry, listening, behavioral question/characteristics screening. Practice assessment was included along with a video to let you know how to prepare for the assessment. Not bad at all!!

Question 1
You had to pick between 3 options describing yourself!! The questions repeated themselves! If you know yourself then you’ll answer pretty swiftly!
There is a computer testing, and 2 interviews. If you are responsive and reply and move through the steps quickly. You will likely get an offer within a week. Every communication/interview is virtual. It was a smooth process for me.
