Interview
The individual was great at explaining the interview process. Not only did I interview with one individual but you have to take an assessment. After the assessment is complete , they will call you if they feel you are a great fit. The assessment is based upon your personality. I have not completed the assessment but was told that it was 45 minutes long.

Straightforward, simple questions, licenses mandatory before starting. In office no opportunity for hybrid or remote. Phone interview is before in person interview at the branch. Be prepared to answer why you want to work for StateFarm.
It was a phone interview, it went well however I didn't make the cut. The interviewer said that that's common as a lot of people apply and encouraged me to apply again in a few months stating many that work there apply multiple times before getting hired.
