Interview
I applied twice. First in March, took about about 8 days from the date i applied to call me in for the interview but i had just accepted a position with a state farm agent. He hired me on the spot contingent a background check. Then in August I reapplied and attended the Job Fair, I had already completed the assesments from my previous application. I didnt leave the Job Fair until after midnight because so many people were there but I was interviewed on the spot, about 9 days later recieved the offer letter and background and drug test paperwork, 2 days after i returned that info i got the actual offer.

my interview was very quick, since it was so late, maybe 5 mins- he reviewed my resume and wanted to know why i wanted to move from the agents office. i also already had my P&C license and have worked in insurance for almost 2 years.
