Invited for an in person interview- going over expectations, work environment, asking why I would be a good fit. Asked to come for a "working"/ shadowing interview- showing how the system looks and set up, major information dump to feel out stress level and confidence.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
