You first take an intelligence exam that is 15 questions long. If you pass that then you meet with an HR lady who does a once over. You then have two one-hour panel (two or three directors) interviews. They ask basic behavioral questions. Most of them are "tell me about a time when........" and you have to think of a specific example of a time you........for example: "had to convince someone." They have interview questions available on their website that are very similar to what you can expect in person.
