I was referred to State Farm by an associate, and it took around 2months for any one to contact me regarding the referral. I received an email asking me to complete a few assessment tests and a typing test, after that I got an email from a recruiter asking if I was available for a phone interview. I interviewed for about 20 minutes with 2 recuiters on the line...they told me that I should expect a email in the next week to let me know if I got the job or not. The next day I received a call from the recruiter letting me know that she was extending the job offer to me contingent upon a clear background and drug screening.
