Interview
It was with Tonya Baker State Farm. I applied online after a few days I took a test (Timed and you need to know math) I passed the test and I got an email asking to set up a time for a phone interview,, I passed the phone interview. We set a date to go in to meet the employees. I literally got interviewed by all 4 employees . When I did the interview with Tonya she asked me about my previous job, perfect. However I have no insurance experience (she knew this from the start). She started asking me question related with insurances, telling me "I know you dont have experience with insurance, you will have a script but just answer this insurance question" I tried answering my best, to all the insurance questions. The employees where nice they didn't ask me outrages questions they kept it simple. I also had to do like a writing test in Spanish making sure I was bilingual. I guess I didnt do well.

If you had to call someone to tell them there new to state farm what would you tell them including the benefits?
It was very simple interview process with a couple of basic questions probably around 5 different questions all via phone call that I got to schedule a time slot for.

Interview
I was quickly contacted by a contacted by a recruiter after applying. The interview wasn't central time, so it was at 7 a.m. The recruiter asked if I was bilingual..after completing the application, I would think they would review the information. Anyway as quick as our conversation was, I received a rejection letter, I believe on the same day.
