Applied 12/24, received an email to complete 2 pre-employment tests on 1/03. The next day I received an email saying my results were competitive. Got a call about two weeks later to schedule phone interview for 1/28. Phone interview was fairly simple, typical interview questions. At the end of the call I was offered the position. Process took about 2 months

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
