I applied online, took 2 computer tests, had phone interview, and offered job all in 2 1/2 months. I was offered the position after the long wait! A recruiter did the entire process. Also, BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON PAST EMPLOYERS.
