Interview
The interview is a phone interview they ask you questions about the position and the company followed by a description of your work experience. Then you’re asked questions about skills you feel you can improve , telling a time about a difficult customer and also a call role play where you have to show empathy that’s the biggest key. At the end of the call if you got it they’ll tell you, no in person interview needed !

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
