Phone interview, quick and easy. They ask the regular call center questions. Very easy to pass, probably why there turnover rate so high. They really dont get to know you as a potential employee by doing over the phone interview and not in person.
Digital video interview process once received offer letter will be received. Easy o live assessment must pass , asking tell me about a time questions no live person . Mention skills and experience

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
