meet agent and went through resume, didn't really ask hard questions just said I guess I have to hire you because you know someone in the company. a real slap in the face so I should have just turned it down right then and there.

Owner was highly knowledgeable and thoughtful. Explained everything clearly and reviewed everything thoroughly on the job description. Base salary and bonus/commission was the only questionable issue. Expect a phone call in one week with offer.

Alison Fourtner agency. Interview consisted of owner's husband describing job duties and asking if that sounded acceptable. He asked a few questions and did not probe further when I basically did not answer them. ("Why do you want to work in insurance?" "[.....] to get into insurance.")
First, I had a phone screening, where I was told a scheduler would reach out to schedule an in-person meeting for the following week. The scheduler never reached out, so I followed up with my point of contact and had an in-person interview the following week.
