Long and unnecessary. Once you get in it gets a lot more simple. Kind of annoying not sure I think they have to make a quota but the test are easy. Drug test necessary

First an online test, then phone interview, then drug test the job offer if you pass the drug test very friendly people kind of hard questions to answer though

Interview
The interview was over the phone and it lasted a little over an hour. The interviewer wasn’t high pressure at all. I’m fast, the person that interviewed me was really nice. There were some STAR formatted questions though.
