Applied, was invited to take an assessment, after the assessment I completed a video interview- answering STAR method questions, third interview was over the phone- it was an EOB, more about the role and expectations, salary and start date. Offer was sent via email.

Interview
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
