The "pre interview" phone interview was quick and easy. Only took 5 minutes. Only had about 5 to 6 questions for me to answer and then she said she would send to the office that is hiring and would let me know the next steps.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
