State Farm Claims Associate ILR Interview interview questions

I applied online in March 2014. I already took an assessment test for another position I applied for. I did not hear anything back from them until May 12th a recruiter called and wanted to set up a phone interview the next day. After the 15 minute phone interview I was offered a position! Please make sure to use the STAR technique when answering questions. It was very easy interview!!! Good luck.
