Interview
The interview wasn't an interview. The person wasn't really engaged, was worried about other interviews during mine. It was less than 5 minutes of very bad basic generic questions. In the middle of this I was informed this is more of screening phone call not an interview.
My confusion is, what is the purpose of the resume submission? That's what prompted you reach out and schedule a call.
This was my experience, hope it's not the same for everyone.

They asked if I was willing to get a license that wasn't associated with the description of said role.
Quick 5 minute call interview and questionnaire before getting an interview they ask short questions and try to grasp who you are as a person before moving forward. Questionnaire is reading comprehension and math based

An email is sent out to scheduled a time for the call. Start by discussing my interest. Simple phone call answering 5 questions. Semi-Casual interaction. During the call we discussed the comfortability of Entrance exam.
