Applied online and was called the next day by a "recruiter" who gave a very high level overview of the job and asked me one question. I was then offered an interview the next day for a sales job that paid base plus commission. I showed up the next day only to find that the person I had the appointment with wasn't available (not sure he exists), and I found myself around a table with 5 other "applicants." There were no questions asked, no give and take, no request for a resume or application, etc. It was a group presentation - they would take anyone with a pulse because it was commission only.
