Very long interview, 3 hours and then did not get hired. It was not great to take so much time to not get the role. Seems they want someone with more than two years management experience.

2 rounds of interviews and final offer. Offer process and start date take ling amount of time. Pay is poor and not to industry standards. Willing to train to those with potential. No professional education allowed or company paid.
