The interview was brief but thorough. You sit in a closed room with three administrative staff members. Each person has a copy of your resume in hand. They ask you questions about your previous classroom experience, and what you would do in certain situations. They also ask you about your current activities and whether they would interfere with work.
The interviewers were very courteous as they ask questions that dealt with my teaching experience. They're very experienced and know when you're speaking the truth from experience. They were very professional in their approach.
It, however, is best to go over issued that your experienced in the classroom. And what you would do in the event an emergency occurred on the job.
