I interviewed in person with the store manager. It was at one of the tables in the store, so there were customers around and music playing. They asked me basic questions about why I wanted to work there. They also asked about my previous experiences in food service. It was very relaxed, like a conversation.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.
